Event Schedule and Venue

• Location: SIT Toyosu Campus, Tokyo, Japan.
• Date: 13–15 July 2026.

Guidelines for Participants

Abstract Submission

• Template: Prepare the abstract using the official Template.
• Submission: Send the abstract via the Application Form (Google Forms).
• Deadline: 29 May 2026 (23:59 JST, 16:59 CEST).

For Participating Students

• Students are required to prepare and deliver scientific presentations based on their research results.
• Both oral and poster presentations should be prepared.

Oral Presentations

• Format: Multimedia presentation.
• Content: Must effectively communicate problems and achievements in their research in the field of energy and environmental engineering.
• Time limit: 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.

Poster Presentations

• Format: Printed A0 posters showcasing research results.
• Requirements: Participants are expected to actively discuss their work and disseminate the content of their research during the poster session.
